Sinopsis:
Cerita dimulai ketika Joutarou meminta Kouichi untuk melakukan perjalanan ke Naples (Italy) untuk menyelidiki seseorang yang dikenal sebagai Haruno Shiobana yang kemudian terungkap memiliki nama asli Giorno Giovanna (GioGio = JioJio = JoJo) yang sepertinya dia anak dari Dio.
